Why is that if you don't upload First Name in the CSV, the contact loses its prior first name (becomes BLANK) when doing it

Can't explain, but it's why I load the CSV with the email first, then the first name, then the last name.

It's a bug. Had same problem. AC service said they couldn't duplicate the error
