Readcube library format

I have a very large Papers3 library (27 GB), and not much space left on my hard drive. I wonder if ReadCube would use the old Papers3 library or create a new one? And if the old library is used, would I be able to continue using Papers3 in parallel, just in case?

When you transfer your Papers 3 library over, we copy the library structure and contents to the new app. While you can't back sync to Papers 3 if you make changes in the new version, your Papers 3 library intact from the point of export. This means if you don’t like the new app, you can open the legacy app with no issue. When you use our Papers 3 importer, we will keep the existing local file links so we won't duplicate the files you already have in creating your library in the new app. If you need any additional help, send us a note at support@papersapp.com
