An account can be used for campaign in a domain and subdomain together or does it need a new sharpspring account?

You can use a domain and subdomain under a same account. One of my clients has multiple brands and I support all of their domains in a single account. I set up a custom field called "brand" so that I can easily segment which subdomain each contact belongs to when sending out emails.
