How do I add images to comments on WordPress.com sites

I understand the comment section supports some code for example in formatting is there code you can use to embed an image or GIF to your comment to make it stand out

to add an image to a comment you can simply add the URL to the image and it will become an image when you upload.. however, this does not seem to support images from just all over the internet but mostly from image sharing sites such Imgur, Flickr and images that are already in a website's WordPress gallery.
