If you allow your employees to change the exemptions themselves, you can have the system send you notices, then verify that the changes are valid (used correct form, exempt/not exempt, etc) before approving and bringing those changes into the system.

If you company has Employee Self Service and you have access under the Taxes Tab, all you have to do is click on the Federal Tax link and you can update your exemptions. You can do the same on any applicable State Tax Form Link as well. If you do not see this, please get with your HR Administrator and they should be able to assist you with getting your exemptions changed.
