Does anyone know if/when GoToMeeting will ever add the autotmatic recording feature for meetings? (And isn't it ridiculous that they haven't added it yet?)
Automatically recording my consulting meetings has been a marvelous TIME-SAVING feature in Zoom. Now that I switched to GTM, which doesn't have the auto-record feature, it's a great disruption to my previously efficient automated step of recording meetings. Does anyone know how to get LogMeIn to hear their customers clamoring for this no-brainer feature in the 21st century?

As for your 2nd question, when customer support does not hear me out, I track down the senior management personnel, via Google, reach out to them via Linkedin and let them know. When I have had to things like that, I have been successful, in that a feature was added, although it took a while and being a s/w developer, I understand why. Yet, I have done that and it went nowhere. Just depends on the company.
