When will there be availability to issue recognition even when we are out of points to award?

I wanted to give a team mate a shout out because they rose above and beyond, but I was out of points so could not publicly recognize them.

Hi Shelly, Thanks for the feedback. The ability to send a shout-out without points is currently part of our premium subscription. It looks like your company is on a different plan at the moment. I will definitely share this with our team to see if down the road we would consider giving access to this feature regardless of the subscription.
