As Gayla said, it depends what you are using on, if you are using as a task dashboard then the closed alternative to trello is asana. But based on my personal opinion trello has amazing power-ups (add-ons) in their market place. I would recommend going through asana and airtable is also amazing and flexible in terms task and project management.
It depends on what you're using it for. If you're using it for tasks, JIRA is probably a better alternative, but it's a way larger software and implementation is cumbersome compared to Trello, which is very simple. I only use it for Team Tasks (NOT development or QA) for project managers and product managers so we can track what's on deck, what's current, and what's done.
