Who is in charge of support? Actual supervisor/manager/ someone with actual knowledge of the product?
We had ongoing issues with PrimeRX support. It seems everyone we speak to is a "supervisor" and the information we get from them is usually untrue. Our migration has been rescheduled multiple times, and when it finally happened it turned out that they gave us wrong information about compatibility, so we have to redo every again. It's been going on for months. We have yet to be contacted by an actual supervisor with any sort of escalation power or knowledge. If you have a contact (preferably US-based, as everyone else seems to be from India/Pakistan), please share.
