For example, what I would like to do is have a link to a fillable form that an unlimited number of employees of client companies can use to securely answer health questions and digitally sign off (preferably with their actual signature using a touchscreen) and then be able to download those signed forms in a batch to send to our carrier partners (such as BCBS, etc).

Hello Brian: There are several videos (approximately 5 minutes in length) that show how to integrate FoxIt PhantomPDF with Docusign, other providers, or on a "stand-alone" basis. I am using this for both electronic and digital signatures. In addition, there is a weekly/bi-weekly webinar that is free that provides additional guidance and best practices.
