I would like to learn more about using the digital signature service and cloud sharing features of the software to obtain signatures similar to the way Docusign works. Is anyone else doing this and can you recommend best practices?
For example, what I would like to do is have a link to a fillable form that an unlimited number of employees of client companies can use to securely answer health questions and digitally sign off (preferably with their actual signature using a touchscreen) and then be able to download those signed forms in a batch to send to our carrier partners (such as BCBS, etc).

There are several videos (approximately 5 minutes in length) that show how to integrate FoxIt PhantomPDF with Docusign, other providers, or on a "stand-alone" basis. I am using this for both electronic and digital signatures.
In addition, there is a weekly/bi-weekly webinar that is free that provides additional guidance and best practices. I hope this information helps.
