Did anyone else get told that Paycom would not raise their prices on existing clients?

We were told our prices would not be increased unless we added on new features and yet a year later we received a notice of a price increase.

Yes we were told that when they sold us on Paycom in 2018. They said no price increases was a differentiator vs ADP (our previous provider) but they lied. We received a notice about an increase, I asked, and they have amnesia about that even though I have their initial presentation that confirms what they told us. Very disappointing! Our whole experience has been.
