How would you be able to get live updates in order to know the submissions based on a criteria?

in a call center, agents will be having targets of calls to achieve based on a criteria that was agreed on! unfortunately they wont be able to know where did they stop until an admin has to extract the data and update them with the needed details.

How can I answer, when I don't even understand the question ! Follow my example and change platforms. I chose Qualtrics much more straightforward and flexible by all means;
