What is the best way to set up automations and auto responders?

Looking to change the world of Customer Relations, one agent, one call at a time

I'm not comfortable that I'm setting up automations and autoresponders correctly.

I use the workflow in zoho. you can have it auto respond by email or if you have a program like kixie you can set it up to auto respond by text.
