Besides organizing contacts and scheduling, how can I get the best of hubspot CRM

I started using it for the main purpose of organizing my schedules and contacts, I've come to realize there are more things that I can do and I need help on that

Attach your email to the application so every email you send is attached to each contact record. That way you can see if they opened the email, how many times and when they opened it. You can create a list view based on recent email opens so you can see who opened the emails recently and how often they opened it to see what engagement level they have. That lets you know who your higher value targets are. There is a lot more you can do with it, you can sort by market segmentation, title, division whatever you want based on how you have your database structured. If your data isn't structured uniformly your list views will be difficult to define.
