How do you split screen while using excel?

I want to make it so I can see multiple parts of the document at the same time.

If you’re asking about how to view multiple sheets in one workbook, you can choose “New Window” in the View tab. If you have multiple workbooks you want to view all at once, you can select “Arrange All” from the same tab.
