Why doesn't my PayPal account connect to my bank account? Why don't some services work?

I think you can only link PayPal with a bank account in the United States. They partner with a few banks in other countries but I doesn't know much about Uganda. I would advise you to purchase goods or services online with the money in your PayPal account. If you are unable to pay for the goods or services, send a message or call them.
