Deal cloning...when? Enhanced Deal and Product Reporting...when?

The request for Cloning was made well over a year ago. When will this be available? Reporting on deals and products is weak. Needs some serious improvement in this area. We need to be able to report on product sold by customer, by industry, by month, year, etc. Right now this isn't possible.

I have a couple of suggestions. First, make sure you have submitted your requests to the Ideas section of community.hubspot.com. Upvote any similar suggestions. Second, if HubSpot standard reporting (or the reporting add-on) isn't sufficient, you may want to consider integrating your HubSpot portal with BI software such as Tableau or Power BI. Power BI is a Microsoft product that comes free with Office365 subscriptions, so you may already have it. There is a connector service on the HubSpot App Marketplace that is inexpensive. Just search on Power BI or Tableau. The advantage of using BI software is that you can also pull in data from spreadsheets and other company databases (such as your ERP or accounting system).

Are there plans to increase the functionality of the mobile app? The Outlook integrated logging sales tool is also limiting in that it only logs comms in the last 5 open deals attached to a client.
