I have used norton antivirus sofware by symantec and was quite happy with the antivirus, it kept my laptop safe from malware and viruses from the internet as well as external devices.

As nice as it was in fighting malware it frequently misidentified websites and even if you whitelisted them it still caused issues. It also caused issues with some applications on my computer where it would cause them to stop working properly.

Modules. A lot of them are configurable separately, it is a real pain. Policy management is a nightmare vs other vendors or even other TM products. The agent app is very heavy and affects endpoint performance quite a lot. Support - better avoid.
