I've used shipstation for 3+ years and it has consistently gotten worse. I really don't like anything about it.
Everything else. It's a truly terrible system in every way possible. The very worst part is it takes me 30-40 clicks EVERY SINGLE TIME I want to log in. Which is daily. I don't generally have anger problems, but nothing makes me want to take a sledgehammer...
I love that's you can ship anywhere on a basic plan without having to pay a monthly fee and also it lets you connect to your online store (well most stores just not mine :(). But, it's really easy to use and it doesn't have a lot of bugs that you run into.
Shippo promised features upon onboarding, and after signing on with Shippo, those promised features were nonexistent. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone besides the sales team. Shippo's sales team is VERY responsive, but once they hook you, all...
