Technical service by ClassApps support is first class. Very quck response and friendly advice every time. The application is very easy to use and very powerful compared to other packages on the market. Our staff love it.
We had major database problems that led to a loss of data and significant man hours to resolve it. SS support were less than helpful. This was a couple of years ago, however.
