I like that it is user friendly for admin and also the clients. One thing I like the most working on my own is the automated follow up reminders you can set up vs manually doing it yourself via text. I also love the fact clients can confirm their attendance...
There was a lot of misleading information from the original sales person and a lot of unnecessary business from a data entry specialist who only put in Gift Cards, and not all of them at that. Most everything is done by the customer when switching services...
