I've been using Superhuman for about 2 years now. Yes, it is expensive. Yes, there's a learning curve. But if you receive more than 30 or 40 emails a day and need to process them quickly because your time is valuable (i.e. founder, CEO, etc) then $1 a day...
I did not find the Superhuman shortcuts to be more efficient than the out-of-the-box Gmail shortcuts (in fact most are the same) that combined with the price and limitation of folders ultimately made me decide to cancel my subscription.
