Search engine seems to be very specific. If I don't know exacly how the item was listed specifically it may take a bit so search down the tree.
Time and cost tracking. Identifying what how much time by maintenance team member allows us to hold everyone accountable.
there is no dashboard where I can see things assigned to myself without having to search several filters.
