I like how easy it is to set up the OS and maintain dataQ for various users as well as production reports which needs to be printed. Database is flexible and hardware performance is great for day to day workflow management.
It uses old programming languages like PRGLE/CLLE for which the talent pool availability is declining year on year. The terminal and development environment is outdated and debugging is a pain.
Mint is an excellent distro for a server platform and any usage that you may need.
Mint gets slow with time of use on PC, takes time to open files, programs and crashes my system, high consumption of RAM and cannot be optimized automatically without applying code or clean installation.
