Where do i start.. you have to hire developers and train them in a proprietary language called Gosu... which is an absolute nightmare to learn. It’s some sort of hybrid of java.. You can customize a lot of the functionality but beware that Guidewire has...
I find Oracle extremely optimal to use. Their customer service representatives are always more than happy to assist. I also appreciate the fact the company is progressive surrounding their technological developments.
Interface could use some sprucing up but that's a minimal complaint
