I wish there were more options for custom detection building. They can be a bit reliant on detections\alerts out of the box from vendors.

The vendor support has been all over the place. We've had I think 4 separate reps in the time I've been using the tool. Red Canary was supposed to submit a proposal for an RFP we had and they totally dropped the ball on doing so.
