Carriers API is usually very messy and complicated, with EasyPost unified API it is easy to control all of your carriers while keeping the same code base. We recently switched from UPS to FedEx and the number of changes needed was minimal
The part that I would say I dislike is the very high convenience charges for credit card. In this day and age, everything is done via credit cards and there are many other platforms out there that do not charge the high cc charges that Easy Post charges.
It imports directly from Etsy which is the main thing I need- and it’s FAST. I love that there is no fee to use the site, the shipping is often cheaper than Etsy’s USPS discount, and again- no membership fee!
