Compared to say github, it's slow and doesn't allow fluid communication. Comments can't be formatted with markdown AFAIK. The client is buggy.

The best thing is integration with Jira and GIT repository. It is very fast and simple to create review for commit from Jira, seamless. Notifications for reviews reaching the deadline is also great thing.
