What I like best about Clari is its ease of use.
Groove is just a basic interface that connects to salesforce and a dialer, Aircall. The workflow is clunky and confusing. The platform is missing a ton of features and functionality that I've had with other tools like Outreach.io, Salesloft, Hubspot, etc.
The ability to see my pipeline visually, drag and drop to different stages, integrations with Salesforce and Hubspot, the task manager.
Anything I have provided feedback on has been swiftly updated or fixed very quickly. At present we have no outstanding areas!
