We were already implementing the EOS methodology/business approach as an organization and using its companion software has worked wonders in streamlining KPIS, reporting, to-dos and tasks. Works well for alignment.
The rock interface is not good at all. It makes checking the progress of rocks really difficult. The IDS section doesn't show the full issue if the title is too long. There's not an easy way to transfer cascading messages from the meeting to the conclusion....
