I really like the ease of implementation.
The ad server does not appear to be gaining much market share, so finding other publishers that use it can be difficult.
Quantcast provides helpful information on site user behavior, geo-specific visits, profiles, etc. Also breaks data down into easy to read /share graphical representation.
1. It's annoying that sometimes Quantcast, Alexa, and Compete data conflict with each other, and other times they're aligned. It's difficult to figure out if you can rely on any of them. Unless you get the very expensive level of access you are limited...
