Question on: Altium Designer
How to import and convert the OrCAD (allegro) GERBER to Altium PCB file? (reverse OrCAD GERBER to Altium PCB )?it woul be great to convert Orcad files. I had lot of problem to use those kind of ddesign format
When talking about gerber files, CAM editor will be of help to import netlist and tracks back to PCB design. There is nothing specific about OrCAD.
I suppose you are talking about OrCAD Allegro PCB files, we were able to import them (we did not test if for every version, importer might not cope with latest files format) but you need an installation of Allegro (you need to run the format converter from binary to ASCII) and you still need a lot of manual editing (layer mapping may not be matching completely).
You will find documentation here: https://www.altium.com/documentation/altium-designer/allegro-import
Every time we had to import existing projects in Allegro we ended up with replacement of components in SCH and PCB, ad we just kept the tracks on the PCB. But in case you need just to edit a few tracks, the import option is still viable.

Question on: Altium Designer
How do I format symbol parameters from a database library?I have a database library with a column containing the tolerance value for all my passive components. It always shows this value as a decimal value instead of a percentage value. How can you translate the parameter fields to fit your needs? As another example, with the maximum voltage parameter, it would be awesome to append a "V" after the value.
I think Altium simply pulls the text from that database field, and there is no way to format the text in Altium. You would have to add the V, or the %, in your DB backend. The only thing Altium can do is
You could format the decimal values in your BOM in your Excel template, but you probably want to see the formatting in the schematics, too.

Question on: Autodesk Fusion
Why cant I draw an arc length when I can in AutoCad?I have asked them about this several times, and apparently it's not very straightforward for them to implement in fusion. I don't know why, since in autocad you can do arc lengths in about ten different ways. You can get around this by making a custom parameter. Search the autodesk forums and you will find a few posts where it is explained.
