Samsara is always upgrading their services and this makes it so much better for drivers and managers. This is also a selling point for my customers that don't have Samsara, to see the benefits that Samsara can provide. I find only two negative things on Motive. First, on the Settings (grey) dashboard, when selecting the "Drivers" section, it doesn’t allow you to select drivers by name. Instead, they appear mixed up, which makes it a bit difficult to organize and manage them quickly. This could use some improvement for better efficiency. Second, I find that Motive doesn’t offer training courses for drivers. While there are some great resources available for fleet managers, as a Safety Manager, it’s challenging for me to explain my perspective on the driver app to the drivers without more targeted training options. I use Streamline regularly, and while it’s generally very efficient, some features—especially around data filtering and setting up custom views—could be more intuitive. Streamline has really helped us improve how we plan our inventory. By analyzing past trends along with current demand, it gives us a much clearer picture of what to order and when. Well it is solving multiple problems across the org, which is what is great about Coupa, there are functions that relate to our finance and AP teams that I don't even touch, but it helps streamline financial payouts and processing across the board. It helps to document all shipment records effortlessly. We are able to manage the dispatches, see where the shipment is and accordingly communicate with stakeholders within the platform itself.
