What do you like best about Mighty Networks?

I was a bit reluctant to try mighty networks after a period of using it as a subscriber to somebody else’s Mighty network. I didn’t enjoy that experience and I found it all a bit cumbersome having jumped into my own mighty network on the free trial at first it was an absolute delight to use. I think the best thing about it is how easy is to set everything up. Set of yours. A set of your collections set up your lessons whatever it is you need to do the branding on the pages it’s all really really straightforward. The support and app support is excellent. What do you dislike about Mighty Networks?

The one bit I did find a little bit tricky to navigate was where my own pages were in terms of being able to see what a potential subscriber would see took a bit of working out how to get that sort of preview view. Monkey that works is really helped me create an offer ladder for my consultancy business. It provides a low cost community and higher membership courses and eventually I will be charging for a premium membership here as well. All very very easy to do on my networks. What do you like best about Circle?

The community aspect is great; the ability to create different forums, paywall them, and communicate via private messages is great. The platform is generally easy to use and things are easy to find. What do you dislike about Circle?

My main issues are:

1. Lack of attractive and dynamic landing pages (lockscreens).

2. Useless automations in terms of employing them for sales, because they don't have if/then functions or the ability of pulling a customer out of a sales automation once they purchase a product

3. The affiliate links are useless if they go directly to checkout, because my affiliates need to be able to direct to a sales page that has their affiliate link - but without me having to make a different sales page for every affiliate. I have lost thousands in affiliate sales because of how clunky this system is.

4. "Priority" support is slow - it often takes more than 24 hours to get a reply, and when they do reply, it's often with a generic answer.

5. I can't schedule a new price on a paywall to go live on a particular day.

6. There are no if/then functions for coupon codes, so I have to hide them behind paywalled spaces. It would be great if there were if/then functions like "If this user has XYZ subscription, then they can use the discount code."

I was also frustrated because when I first switched to Circle, I was told that they would migrate my courses. I told the sales person what platform I was using (Simplero) and he didn't tell me that it wasn't compatible. But then after I paid for a whole year, the migration team tells me that I have to migrate everything (about a dozen long courses) manually. UNACCEPTABLE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AtomChat?

My favourite feature of AtomChat is its excellent video and voice calling. The video is extremely clear with no delays or fuzz when I use it to communicate with my friends and family. Excellent sound quality, with no strange echoes or robotic-sounding sounds. Despite the distance between us, it seems as though we are all in the same space. To be completely honest, I haven't discovered another chat programme that has such fantastic call quality. What do you dislike about AtomChat?

While AtomChat has typically been a decent fit for my needs, I do have a small complaint about the customising possibilities available. I do like how organised and user-friendly the programme is overall. I do, however, wish there were more options for customising my chats and profile. More emoji and GIF possibilities, chat colour choices, profile customization options, and a larger variety of notification noises would all be wonderful additions. These aren't deal-breakers, but it would be better if I had more control over how AtomChat felt like my own. While AtomChat's core messaging capabilities are fantastic, it could stand to be more distinctive and customised. I don't really have any problems other than that tiny issue. What problems is AtomChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

AtomChat provides significant benefits to me by resolving the following issues:

Streamlined Communication - It has been really helpful to have all of my chats and relationships in one spot. I don't have to move between different programmes anymore.

AtomChat's group chats and channels make it simple to segregate and organise various talks, which reduces chaos.

Media sharing has been made much easier thanks to seamless file, image, and video sharing. No more coping with incompatibilities or emailing files.

Excellent Call Quality - As I've already noted, AtomChat has excellent audio and video calling. On other messaging applications, I've never encountered calls that were that consistently clear.

Enhanced Security - I feel more secure knowing that my discussions are shielded by end-to-end encryption. There is no reason to worry about my privacy.

The most notable advantages I've noticed include centralising communication, upholding order, simple file sharing, outstanding call quality, and increased security. What do you like best about Magentrix Customer Portals?

At Kiteworks, we use Magentrix for a number of different functions which all connect directly to our Salesforce environment:

1) Partner portal - allowing our partners to log cases into the Magentrix portal. This flows directly into our Salesforce Service Cloud environment and integrates pretty seamlessly. We use this for a number of functions:

Partners can log cases which flows directly to Salesforce.

Partners can access Tool Kits and register deals.

The Magentrix UI is very easy to configure and the integration to Salesforce is pretty seamless.

2) Customer portal - We also have the customer portal where partners can log deals and deal registrations.

3) Support - Their support is small, but very responsive. I am especially impressed by their CSM who is very responsive and is able to resolve issues quickly.

4) Costs - Quite affordable given the substantial offering.

5) Implmentation cycle - Again, is very configurable, and flexible. They have Sandboxes which are easy to connect to a Salesforce environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Magentrix Customer Portals?

The customer support, especially Milosav are always top notch. Allways reliable and always going the extra mile to make sure my problem was solved or question answered.

The flipside of the coin of ready made product is that all your wishes cant be fulfilled. As when you use the system, you have to play with the system. What do you like best about Disciple?

Disciple is the only tool I have found out there capable of making customers feel at home. The community we created on disciple has embedded customers in the journey to creating the ultimate experience. Sometimes, the sales can grow because customers can contribute and help us shape their experience with our products. The interface of disciple of also friendly, and has allowed us to customize our community to portray our values. Despite the high pricing, the software works effortlessly. What do you like best about Orbiit?

If you have a community you would like to activate and/or further enable connection in, Orbiit is the software to use! Orbiit helps your community members interact and meet with each other seamlessly to have productive, relevant, and memorable one-on-one conversations.

Orbiit is a great tool to help community builders, especially those that might be managing virtual ones, large ones, ones where new folks join frequently, and/or spread out ones, create 1:1 connections on a regular cadence.

The UX is attractive and easy to use and set up. The team is super responsive and helpful. We use Orbiit monthly and our community members love it!
