What I liked best about using the Whova app was how it brought everything I needed for the event into one convenient place. The app made it incredibly easy to access the full agenda, session descriptions, and even room maps, so I never felt lost or out of the loop.

I especially appreciated the networking features-being able to scan QR codes and view attendee profiles, send messages, and exchange contact information digitally helped me connect with the right people and made professional networking feel effortless.

I cannot speak highly enough about the incredible support I received from vFairs, specifically Ali F. From the very first interaction, it was clear I was in expert hands. Ali was not only knowledgeable but also patient, courteous, and genuinely invested in brainstorming resolutions. Ease of Use:

Swoogo is very intuitive and user-friendly. Even with minimal training, it’s easy to build event pages, manage registrations, and pull reports. The interface is well-organized, which makes it simple to navigate and update event details on the fly.

This is where Swoogo truly shines. Their support team is exceptional—quick to respond (often within hours) and always willing to go the extra mile. For a recent customization project, they scheduled working sessions and followed up multiple times to ensure everything was implemented exactly as we needed. Easily the best support I’ve experienced with any platform.

Frequency of Use:

We use Swoogo regularly for events of all sizes, from webinars to large conferences. It has become our go-to platform due to its flexibility and reliability.

Number of Features:

Swoogo offers a robust set of features that cover everything from registration and email marketing to custom forms and reporting. The Snapshot Report is especially useful—it provides a high-level overview with the ability to drill down into specific attendee data.

Ease of Integration:

Integrations are generally smooth, but for onsite check-in and badge printing, we do rely on a third-party partner. The sync works most of the time, though there can be slight delays occasionally. I had run all types of athletic events but, learning how to help our staff and faculty successfully run their conferences and workshops has been a breeze with Cvent. I never used a software platform before and I love how easy Cvent makes my job. I have been at this job for 10 months and I so happy to have this platform as a tool to make my job successful. The most helpful part about it is how I am able to categorize events based on their nature. Since people always look out for events based on whether its business/networking/party/adventure.., Eventbrite has always given me the ease of categorizing my events so people can find them easily. Eventbrite is so far a credible platform for me, with customer support agents operating around the clock to assist me if I am undergoing any issue with my ticketing. I have the Eventbrite app on my phone for easy access - it was hassle-free! It also generates a lot of event registrations for me, even without any paid promotions. I researched several different providers and landed on Accelevents as the best value for overall features and customization. The entire team is amazing, with exceptional response time via chat support. I was able to customize anything I needed for implementation and the system was user friendly. I have used this at two full events and will use it again for another this September (2025).

One of the biggest bonuses and reason for picking Accelevents was their integration with Square for credit card processing (everyone else used Stripe). We also utilized the integration with our new HubSpot system.

Eventify has been a fantastic partner in managing our global virtual and hybrid events. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, both on the front end for attendees and the back end for organizers. It is a complete platform, in which each of the options has a reason for being and a utility. What I like the most:

- You have the option for conferences and congresses

- Tables are flexible, they can grow, you can name and image them, users can create their own tables, people love this option

- The quick matches are great, all the participants think that it is a pleasant experience, at the end of the time the participant darkens, it is great.

- In the conferences you have spaces for the reception and for the sponsors, with all the options, they are very happy with everything they can put on their stand.

- All the time it is being updated and improved, the new interface design is very good.

I am not overly experienced with website tickets, so I was expecting it to be quite difficult to navigate around, but EventCube has been quite easy to use, straightforward forward and self-explanatory, so I would recommend it to other beginners such as myself.

It happens to have to run different events at the same time, and I liked that it was quite well organised and everything seemed easy to amend.

To begin with, we held an event for only 20 people, which was completely free but allowed us to understand the system and the tool. We were able to easily understand how video calls and the meeting system work. Once the tool showed its qualities, we invested in an event with more attendees. ExpoPass was able to create an event that was remarkable for our clients. Yes, we had some issues with Android and getting vendors loaded, but in the end the experience and data was extremely valuable to both ourself as an organization and our clients.

My one piece of advice is: Take their recommendation on how many printers and iPads they suggest! We didn't and definitely regret it as we had a great turnout.

No need to watch long, drawn out tutorial videos to immediately begin implementating and using.
