Laserfiche is an extremely robust solution, allowing us to create solutions for every business process challenge we've tackled to date. The company is extremely responsive, with an active online community. If you have any doubt, Google "Laserfiche Answers" to see the quantity and quality of information available. If you don't have any coding knowledge, you can still create simple forms/processes. But if you do, this product allows you to get super fancy with your designs. What do you dislike about Laserfiche?

What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

For me, the most powerful thing with Power Automate, its the 'set it and forget it' capability for all the repetitive tasks. It connects so smoothly with the whole Microsoft ecosystem, specially with tools like Power BI, which is a huge plus.

For instance, in my last role, I built flows that completely took over our reporting process. They handled like everything from refreshing the data on schedule to sending out the final reports to the right people. It was a game-changer for the team, we cut our manual work by 50% which freed everyone up to focus in more strategic analysis instead of just pushing files around. Normally we implement and use it everytime to schedule automated emails and refresh the data as there is certain limitations with the powerbi scheduled refresh. as they are integrated with the whole microsoft experience, they are quick in resolving the tickets and issues. What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

Firstly, as an automation tool it's definitely good and I guess there's not much to say anything negative about it. But if I would like to discuss about one limitation, it's that the ease of use can increase or improved quite significantly when you switch from working with plain, pre-built flows to building fantastically customized and complicated ones from scratch. For generating highly accurate workflows, you sometimes must dive in and begin to write a few complex expressions on your own or resort to some other workarounds available. It is not so much a big of a deal when compared to a feature that requires a greater or higher amount of technical skills to master or excel in its entirety. What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Basically, its great for getting rid of all the repetitive, manual work. I used it to automate things like scheduling data refreshes and sending reports out, it saved us a ton of time.

What do you like best about Syncro?

I like Syncro because it's pretty easy to use compared to other systems I have used. It is quick to get started with, and installing the RMM software is as easy as copying the link in the ticket and sending it to the customer's machine.

The built-in dark mode makes it comfortable to work in, and I appreciate how intuitive the interface is. I also find the ability to link parent and child tickets very helpful for tracking related issues efficiently. What do you dislike about Syncro?

I really wish Syncro was more customizable. One thing I really do not like is the new customer contact page. I do not like going to another page after clicking on one contact; i liked the method before of being able to see all of the contacts on the left side and easily switching between them.

Speaking of functionality changes, I would appreciate a feature like Microsoft has that you are able to revert back to the previous version instead of being forced to use new features that might not be something that i like to use.

The truth is that nothing, however, it "frustrates" me that it doesn't take the weight of what it really is and who it competes against: There's a lack of awareness, since many times the platform, its features, and capacity itself "compete" head-to-head with renowned SaaS like Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and others, and what I feel as a company offering CoTalker's services is that by not being on their radar, they simply opt for another solution, which always (and from my own experience), ends up being more costly, longer to implement, and with a high percentage or degree of dissatisfaction. Solve problems of business process automation, operation, flow development, information centralization, knowledge repository, internal and external management platform, in other cases of communication, user support, and ticket management, among others.

The benefits could be listed on several pages and we would run out of time, however, if I had to summarize the greatest benefit in just one, it is the adaptability of the platform for any requirement, as it often happens that at the briefing reception meeting, opportunity, or issue, there is never a time when we do not use (regardless of the core of the problem), CoTalker to serve as a basis for the solution or solutions we want to deliver to that challenge, and that, coming from us, who are very embedded in the market, you will never find in another platform. What do you like best about Cflow?

Running a Finance business requires high levels of accuracy and consistency in processing. As a Finance company, we struggled with archaic manual processing of Invoice Processing that was eating up a huge chunk of our productive work hours. AI-powered workflows in Cflow helped us streamline the Invoice processing workflow by eliminating redundancies and automating repetitive tasks. The reports and analytics feature helped us stay informed on the status of invoices in real-time. The intuitive dashboard provided real-time updates on invoices. Before considering Cflow, we were manually processing each invoice. The AI-powered workflows in Cflow streamlined invoice processing to eliminate redundant steps and automate repetitive steps. The customer support team guided us through the entire set up process and afterward for a hitch free experience. What do you like best about Screendragon?

I appreciate that Screendragon can be spun up quickly and nearly completely customized to your needs. Whereas some other workflow systems require you to remain within the confines of their standard structure and path and will not allow you to go back a step, Screendragon is highly customizable and even allows the admin to go to specific steps to make changes if needed. Having support who are creative in how different business problems can be tackled with changes to the config is integral to that and we've had great experience with our customer success manager and config team. What do you dislike about Screendragon?

It would be helpful to have more consult around changes requested. While Screendragon can typically make any changes requested, sometimes a change isn't the best for futureproofing the workflow. While we can test changes to determine any downstream effects , an initial consult or conversation around changes would help us balance out the pros and cons, especially if they can share what has worked for other clients in similar scenarios. What problems is Screendragon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Screendragon allows us to streamline review and approvals of marketing assets. Through Screendragon, we can reduce the load on our legal approvers by putting all approvals in one place that they can easily access. On assets that have multiple approval groups, using the annotation viewer to collaborate reduces time spent. What do you like best about Allfred?

What I admire most about Allfred is the simplicity with which you can navigate through the app and how quickly you can get started. Overall, the platform is quite user-friendly, meaning that the learning curve is low, and it doesn’t take much to coordinate between projects and finances. Since you do not have to constantly switch between tools, a lot of time is saved. Better yet, everything is consolidated under the same roof.

Another feather in the cap is how easily it can be integrated into existing workflows. You don’t have to fumble around multiple systems as Allfred has few dependencies and integrates well with the systems you already work with. In fact, their customer support is pretty good as well. They do their best to be as helpful as possible if you run into any issues.

I also enjoy the benefits brought by the integrated features. Real-time resources for timely expenses and documents are developed to increase the employees' work scope. There's little room for doubt that Allfred helps finance departments get their projects done on time while relieving them of excessive manual tasks that could hinder progress.

As far as our organization is concerned, we utilize it often, and it has certainly optimized our team’s performance by at least 20%. To sum up, without a doubt, Allfred is an amazing software solution for any professional interested in streamlining operational processes and effective project management without the headaches.
