What do you like best about Rippling?

Rippling is incredibly easy to use. As an employee, I really appreciate how straightforward the platform is—from checking my performance appraisal packet info to managing time off or benefits. It’s well-designed, loads quickly, and doesn’t require any training to figure out. We started using it at my company without much hassle, so I’d say implementation seemed smooth from the employee side. I also like that it integrates well with other tools we use, making everything feel connected and efficient. I use it a few times a month, and it’s always reliable. What do you dislike about Rippling?

The only small drawback I’ve noticed is there should be an easier way to view the organization chart. Since as the organization grows, it becomes harder to navigate and view my level among the tree. But this is a negligible one.Also, while I haven’t needed to contact customer support personally, it would be helpful if more in-app guidance were available for quick questions. What problems is EasyLlama solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use EasyLlama for Ethics and Compliance Training. This training is a routine, yet mandatory, training revolving around serious topics that may make users feel uncomfortable. And for other users, the fact that this is usually a long, routine training may cause them to deprioritize it.

EasyLlama definitely acknowledges both of these types of users in its courses! The simple, interactive interface allows both user types to digest and progress through the training in bite-size portions. For serious topics like "Workplace Violence" it is crucial that everyone understands the importance of workplace safety and respect and that it should not be postponed or ignored.

In my opinion, after having gone through various safety training programs provided by various employers, EasyLlama is by far the best and most well thought out program that got me through it quickly. Trainual has significantly improved how we document, share, and standardize our AS9100 aerospace processes. It’s become a centralized hub where our staff can easily access the information they need to understand policies, complete training, and reference procedures without relying on verbal handoffs or tribal knowledge. The e-signature functionality is especially valuable, allowing us to verify that employees have reviewed and acknowledged their training, ensuring compliance and accountability.

By turning informal knowledge into formal, structured content, we've been able to create repeatable processes that support consistency and quality across the organization. Trainual has become a daily tool for us, especially impactful during onboarding new hires can engage with both foundational and advanced concepts before hands-on training, which saves time and helps them become productive team members much faster. What do you dislike about Trainual?

While Trainual is a powerful tool, there are some limitations that become increasingly challenging as an organization scales. As a company with hundreds of trainings across multiple business units and shared services, the lack of a folder or hierarchical structure makes it difficult for admins and content authors to organize and navigate the growing library of content.

We’ve raised this concern through our Trainual point of contact, but the response “Our founder doesn’t believe in folder structures” seems to disregard the needs of larger organizations. That mindset may work for small businesses, but for companies with 300+ employees and complex operational needs, it becomes a serious bottleneck to efficiency and content management. Trainual has helped us solve one of the biggest operational pain points in manufacturing: capturing and scaling knowledge in a consistent, accessible way. Before Trainual, much of our training relied on tribal knowledge, verbal instruction, or outdated documents buried in shared drives. That made it difficult to maintain compliance, onboard effectively, and ensure process consistency especially across business units and roles with highly technical requirements.

With Trainual, we’ve been able to centralize our AS9100-compliant processes, standard operating procedures, and safety training into structured, searchable modules. It’s streamlined onboarding by allowing new hires to complete foundational and advanced training independently before needing hands-on time. What do you like best about 7taps Microlearning?

7taps is such an intuitive, innovative platform that makes creating microlearning surprisingly easy and their support team is fantastic. I especially appreciated the AI copilot — it guided me through identifying the skill, audience, goal, challenges, context, and length for my training. From there, it instantly generated a series of cards that I could edit, rearrange, or combine with my own content. I ended up using a mix of AI-generated cards and my original ideas, which made the process both efficient and creative.

I was inspired by others who shared their experiences on LinkedIn, so I decided to do the same. Sharing the microlearning was incredibly simple — just copy the link! Any updates you make are synced automatically, making it easy to keep your content fresh and relevant. Despite choosing a sensitive topic, online predators, the feedback I received on the quality and clarity of the content was overwhelmingly positive.

A special shoutout to Emma, who provided feedback and answered my questions!! She initially reached out to welcome me and offered support if I needed it. When I shared a draft of my first project, she suggested adding a role-play card and a poll, which was perfect because I kind of felt like I could use more questions, especially a scenario-based one.

What do you dislike about 7taps Microlearning?

The only challenge I encountered was with the role-play cards. The audio wasn’t playing, and since users can’t advance without listening and responding, it created a bit of a snag. I had already tried clearing my cache and cookies and confirmed my internet connection was good. I reached back out to Emma, and she responded right away with a suggestion to regenerate the avatars. That solved the issue immediately!

If you run into any technical issues, don’t hesitate to reach out to the support team. They are incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. And if a role-play card isn’t functioning properly, try regenerating the avatar first. That did the trick for me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- That I have to pay more to install it on more than one computers even though I will not be using one computer when I am using the other. The one computer thing should be based on concurrence (I use one computer when I travel and the other at home. Since I do both regularly buying two licenses or changing the license location every time would be a waste of money or a waste of time.

- I wish there were a WordPress plugin to allow the content to better integrate on WordPress-powered websites, whatever the LMS but also whether an LMS is used or not.

Learn Amp is a progressive solution with plenty of customisation and options to suit us, rather than a rigid out of the box platform. They have been excellent so far in terms of relationship, partnering with us well through a very quick 8 week implementation (our choice to do that), and I love that they transparently share their product roadmap and are open to taking on feedback requests. There's not much to dislike! Too many products available to write about. One of the products I use often is, "talk to or send a message" to one of the experts. If you have an immediate concern on how to handle an employee situation, you do not have to spend a lot of time doing research on your own or have to be put on hold when calling a State or Federal Agency. Just submit your question to Mineral, and one of their experts will reply quickly. The second product that I rely on is not having to worry about new compliance issues that can occur with the State your business is located in. Just set-up your company in Mineral, and they make sure you are notified about any changes that are taking place. These are just two examples of what Mineral has to offer. What do you dislike about Mineral?

As for dislikes, I do not have any that are major. I have not had a chance to submit my question about notifications I receive on changes that need to be made on our Employee Handbook. But, I will get on that soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Centrical?

What I have really found interesting about Centrical is how it brings in the aspect of game in work places making work environment more productive. It defines achievable, individual targeted objectives and has immediate feedback to prevent the group from straying off course. It also links smoothly with our CRM, which makes it easy to monitor the performance. What do you dislike about Centrical?

Since Centrical offers pretty much everything for interactive and engaging employee training, it may at times be confusing to decide where to start. Altogether, the gamification is rather great, though it could be too much for an employee who hasn’t encountered this sort of system. This learning curve comes when interacting with other programs and it can sometimes be a little slow before getting all the software as you wish. Lastly, the reporting features semi strong which makes it difficult to filter data displays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Centrical solving and how is that benefiting you?

Addressing the problem of disengagement in the working of an organization, Centrical provides timely performance feedback and reward, this enhances the motivation level. This has intervened positively on increased personal efficiency and group functioning by replacing mundane tasks with what seems like competitions. The positive aspect of such feedback is the opportunity to receive it in an instant coupled with the individual goals set for an employee. What do you like best about Abara LMS?

The system is very versatile and easy to use. The learner has a great experience accessing training from any device. The system is very expandable from small SME companies upto international corporates with full enterprise. You can chart a learners training from start day to finish. What do you like best about Continu?

I've been using Continu for about a year and I like the simplicity of the interface and find it easy to add in new courses or easily upload premade content. The team was very friendly and kind though I wasn't directly involved in implementation so I can't speak to that. I do use it multiple times a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Continu?

I find the reporting feature tricky to use and sometimes easier to just look things up manually. In addition, I find myself having a hard time remembering where I need to go for different activities I want to accomplish. I believe we're still having issues with API setup (but we are a complicated company in that regard). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Auzmor is streamlining our training and onboarding processes by replacing our paper-based records with electronic records. The system allows us to organize employees into Teams, so the job-specific training can be automatically assigned during onboarding. The Team training plans remove the need for supervisors to identify the training required for each employee and request physical sign-offs for each training record. Auzmor also allows easy reporting on training status that can be scheduled for feedback to supervisors and administrators. What do you like best about WorkRamp?

The things I like best about WorkRamp is the ease of creating our own trainings and the ability to have content created added to our system that alows for mirco-learning. I like the simplistic look of the software and the ability to edit and add our company details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkRamp?

I dislike that when the user doesn't pass the test, it doesn't take them back to complete the test again automatically and marks is as completed.

I also do not like when a new user receives the amil to get started they put in their first and last name and password Chrome asks to save the password and the username as the employees last name instead of the employees email address for the username. I would like to be able to have them put in the email as the username then complete the password portion so it saves correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to have short training videos for complaince in healthcare setting which is the main reason. The other benefits of adding learning for leadership, customer service skills, etc is the second main problem resolved. Having all of onboarding training in one system is the third.
