Customer service and technical support at Hiplink is top notch. I work with a lot of vendors on various technical projects and the Hiplink team is above and beyond helpful. SIGNL4 has really impressed us and has become indispensable for us. Particularly noteworthy is the reliable and fast alerting function, which ensures that critical information immediately reaches where it is needed. This gives us the confidence that we won't miss anything important and can react quickly. We use other monitoring solutions that are connected to SIGNL4 and are thus used centrally for our on-call duties. The integrations with Splunk, Checkmk, ServiceNOW, etc. work wonderfully.
The ability to have categories within a team makes it easier for us to sort our notifications and perhaps turn less important notifications on and off. The app itself is very clear and simply designed. You are not overwhelmed with 100 different buttons and menus, but it focuses more on the essentials: turning on duty and getting notified.
The user onboarding was very easy and quick. Our colleagues were more concerned with deciding which messages they want to have in SIGNL4 and which not. But that has nothing to do with the product.
We use the product daily, and when we are on call, SIGNL4 is our faithful companion that alerts us directly in case of errors and outages.
