Having used many other products, I can honestly say that AlertMedia's platform is one of the most intuitive out there. It's straightforward and easy to use whether you are a light user or a full-blown admin. I hear time and again from users how easy it is to navigate and execute alerts.

The other area where AlertMedia really excels is in customer service. Whether it be calling or emailing support or working with our CSM, it has become abundantly clear that AlertMedia is fully focused on delivering excellent customer support, ensuring we are heard and quickly finding a solution to our challenges. You have very little ability to sort and identify groups of people (users) within the AlertMedia platform. You are only able to search my individual user name, and I can't use other search terms beyond first or last name. What I like most about Text-Em-All is how easy it is to use and how reliable it has been for me as a high school AP. During summer school, I used it to quickly update parents about attendance issues, which helped everyone stay on track. Customer service and technical support at Hiplink is top notch. I work with a lot of vendors on various technical projects and the Hiplink team is above and beyond helpful. We are an office of about 200 employees that communicate with about another 1,000 affiliates of our organization. We were using Pagegate and it was not near the quality of Hiplink. The system is fantastic but the best thing may be the Customer Service. There have been several times where I have reached out (in a panic) to my customer support representative who has each time met my urgency and provided clear instruction. Of course, each time I figure out that had I just went into the system and did a minimal amount of clicking around I could have handled it without assistance - but it is nice to feel an extra layer of confidence when messaging my entire company. What do you like best about SIGNL4?

SIGNL4 has really impressed us and has become indispensable for us. Particularly noteworthy is the reliable and fast alerting function, which ensures that critical information immediately reaches where it is needed. This gives us the confidence that we won't miss anything important and can react quickly. We use other monitoring solutions that are connected to SIGNL4 and are thus used centrally for our on-call duties. The integrations with Splunk, Checkmk, ServiceNOW, etc. work wonderfully.

The ability to have categories within a team makes it easier for us to sort our notifications and perhaps turn less important notifications on and off. The app itself is very clear and simply designed. You are not overwhelmed with 100 different buttons and menus, but it focuses more on the essentials: turning on duty and getting notified.

The user onboarding was very easy and quick. Our colleagues were more concerned with deciding which messages they want to have in SIGNL4 and which not. But that has nothing to do with the product.

We use the product daily, and when we are on call, SIGNL4 is our faithful companion that alerts us directly in case of errors and outages.

We have 2 different licenses and we have the problem that you can't see the other teams between the licenses. However, this is not particularly bad. Our challenge was to be reliably alerted outside of business hours, as SMS alone was not sufficient. With SIGNL4, we found the ideal solution. What do you like best about D4H?

D4H is the software that we decided upon when Mission Manager left us high and dry with a very short notice regarding it's end of service. We formed a committee and looked at various solutions and this seemed like the best solution to our needs.

We use it for:

Tracking Attendance at trainings and events,

Monitoring our required training expiration dates,

Group-wide Calendar of upcoming events, with the ability to acknowledge your plans to attend,

Equipment tracking and inventory,

Incident data capture with the activity Log and Roles tracking,

Fully customizable checklists that can be assigned to personnel in various Roles,

Importing your member names into Incident Manager so that your drop-down menu shows only those personnel who have responded,

many, many other uses that I have just forgotten.

Their customer support is FANTASTIC. I have gotten responses very quickly and they were quite knowledgeable about what they are working on.

It took a bit of time getting everything set up the way we want (and we aren't done yet), but that is because it is SO flexible and customizable. I wasn't planning on even looking at the Equipment Management portion, but we received some new equipment and had to get it inventoried before it was deployed. That too was quick and easy. What do you dislike about D4H?

When I have asked Tech Support about improvements that I would like to see, they usually tell me that I am not alone in asking about those issues. I just wish they could get these new improvements rolled out a bit faster. (former programmer, I realize there are only so many hours in a day.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are receiving donations of used Handheld radios from several local Police and Fire departments. These radios sell on E-bay for close to $2,000.00 each. It's not beekeepers disadvantage. It's more that in a traditional, classical work environment beekeeper is a true step up. Thus the staff wasn't able to envision what is possible and reacted a bit defensive and careful.
