The thing that I dislike about Google Workspace is that most of the tools available in Google workspace has a very limited customization options. It provides lot of helpful tool like Google docs, Google sheets etc. Team mates can collaborate and work together on Google docs, or Google sheet simultaneously which saves a lot of time. What I don’t love about Canva is that it can feel a bit limited, especially if you’re trying to do something more advanced. It’s great for quick and simple designs, but if you need really precise control over things like fonts, layout, or details, it’s not as flexible as something like Illustrator or Photoshop. Canva has really become a go-to tool at our school. It makes creating visuals super easy, especially for staff who aren’t graphic designers. Now, two things that bothered me about Simplified. First, the tokens (or coins) to use AI resources, like videos and photos, run out very quickly. In the initial plan of R$140, you get about 11,000 tokens, but each heavy task uses up a thousand and a bit. For beginners like me, who work with e-commerce on Shopee and take time to get returns, this is a burden on the wallet. They could offer packages with more tokens or ways to earn extra, like a rewards program. Second, I had a problem with rendering. I made a 30-second Reel, and, man, even with my experience in heavy editors like Premiere, where 30s renders in minutes, in Simplified it takes hours and sometimes freezes, without error, it just stops. I tested it on Chrome, on the phone, and nothing. Support is analyzing it, but this is a hindrance. They could improve the stability of rendering and the token packages! We have unique gathering rhythms at our church. We meet in a large group format every other week and meet in homes for small groups on the off weeks. Before Clearstream, people felt they were unsure which weekends we were meeting. Microsoft 365 offers powerful tools, there are a few areas that could be improved. The user interface can feel overwhelming for new users due to the number of features and frequent updates. Occasionally, syncing issues occur with OneDrive, especially when working with large or shared files. Microsoft 365 helps solve several key challenges around productivity, collaboration, and data accessibility. The least helpful feature is still how to add lines to my projects like photos or having split screen so I can share my ppt, and then stop the ppt and show some cool relaxing scenes from the ocean or mountains. Honestly, I’m not always confident to appear on camera, and sometimes I don’t have time to shoot and edit videos from scratch. HeyGen really helps me solve that by letting me create videos with AI avatars that speak naturally. Church Teams helps me solve the variety of requests from our membership group. It is a quick and easy application to use when tracking attendance, giving, campaigns, designated donations, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because of the simplicity, there is little ability to configure the system outside of the box. We had to modify how we did things a little but in the end it worked. We found out that we could connect this to our donor system and to our financial system only to find out later that we had to spend an additional $2,000 to have the proper rights in our financial system to make the connection work. While the price for DonorHub is minimal, one has to be aware upfront of the potential of additional costs to connect it to the financial system. Text-Em-All solves the problem of quick and reliable communication with parents. As a high school assistant principal, I use it during summer school to notify parents about attendance issues and also as a campus testing coordinator to share important test dates. Before using Subsplash we were using several different programs/companies to address the needs they now supply. Some of them were leaders/cutting edge, but they didn't "play nice" with other programs we had in place (i.e., our Giving App didn't want to send donation data to our Personnel App, and our Service Planning App didn't always contain the right information from our Membership Database app... Even though I find Vyond overall great, there are a few minor points that sometimes slow down the workflow a bit:

Browser compatibility: The performance varies depending on the browser. It took me a while to figure out which one works best for me.

Loading times during preview: Despite having a very good internet connection, loading the preview sometimes takes quite a while – especially when testing many small animations and frequently switching between edit and preview mode.

Web-based: A dream would, of course, be a desktop version. Especially with larger video projects, this would probably save time.

I mainly use Vyond for the production of e-learning videos: from short explainer videos to story-based learning videos. I use the avatars as learning companions to convey content in a lively manner.

In addition, I use Vyond to create GIFs (stickers), as well as for photo stories with scene images from the tool. I also like to use individual images as visual elements in my courses.
