As a small business owner, I manage 3 websites and having them all in one place makes it easy for my wife and I. We started using UseInbox because we had separate EDM accounts for each of our businesses and wanted to put everything in one place. Also, it is reasonably priced compared to some others we have used like MailChimp, SendInBlue, MailerLite, YMLP to name a few.
The one thing that was not a feature but more from using it is the tech support as they have been really helpful. We had issues when we changed from shared hosting to Google Workspace and they gave us custom txt records to help us migrate.
It is comprehensive and very easy to use.
It has everything you need to get up and running at a fraction of the cost of other alternatives, and they are improving all the time.
