Excellent solution to centralize product questions

Using Stack Overflow for Teams has allowed us to reduce the number of questions and support tickets that come to our product team and SME's by increasing the ability for people to self-service and answer their own questions. They can quickly and easily search for similar questions allowing them to solve their own problems before submitting a question. We have also been able to integrate it seemlessly with Slack so that new questions automatically post to a slack channel, gaining greater visibility so that users can get answers faster.

I have always loved stack overflow. it is a huge treat to have SOF teams - always wanted it

it provides a place to put your questsions, then seek for help using that link in teams or slack instead of previously where you had to fish slack then you can read the stack overflow teams data using Glean/Atolio and provide enterprise search and smart answers good stuff

A One Stop Shop to Share Knowledge

I like how it's a centralized location where everyone can share the knowledge they have collected over the years to help co-workers resolve issues that they are encountering.
