featureOS (aka hellonext) is super easy to use for us and for our customers. It's intuitive and they are always adding new features and improving the functionality of it. The Customer Support team is great and they care about their own users feedback and improving the tool. We use it daily and it's one of the tools I would not want to go without. It's integrated with ClickUp, which is nice and getting it implemented into our team has been very easy.
