Automation - by connecting into our slack environment and allowing us to program automated comms workflows, Pyn significantly reduced the lift of manual communications for employees. It fundamentally turned especially our onboarding process on its head! The automation meant that employees received the comms when they were supposed to - customized to their timezone and their needs. Personalization - by allowing us to customize messages to specific scenarios (eg based on location, tenure, etc), it truly allowed our communications to be much more impactful because employees received the information they needed only at the time they needed. Content - Pyn has a vast content library that has reduced our own manual lift by allowing us to leverage pre-drafted communications that are thorough and thoughtfully written. Partnership - The Pyn team has been great to work with, providing us with advice and support every step of the way, especially in the beginning as we were ramping up and building our own familiarity with the tool.
