Multiview is very user friendly and the customer support is great. I use the software every single day, primarily general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset management.
Multiview was implemented before I joined the organization, so I can't comment on the implementation process. But I did implement the asset management piece and that went very smoothly. Multiview resources were helpful with that implementation and I love the asset management module.
