Very much a plug and play kind of tool. Easily integrated into google sheets and authenticated via email. You can set the automation to a custom timer for as regular as checking every 5 minutes to longer increments. It's also relatively easy to build out your own error-catching features, and they have a status/response output built into their automation framework. Because I started using during the open beta, they've been very receptive to feedback and input - support is super responsive and they are building out features that current users are requesting. Now would be a great time to hop on the tool - likely very useful to SMBs or growth teams in larger orgs for experimentation/quick outbound automation.
