What I appreciate most about working with the Logics team, is the attention I get from the support team, & the flexibility of the platform. We have had multiple requests to customize the system to fit our business needs which have been fulfilled. The customer service support team is quick to respond to our inquiries. I feel they genuinely care. The system to report a help ticket is seamless. I have made multiple requests beyond the default system settings & I must appreciate that every effort has been made to accommodate. I appreciate the admin level of control in managing the different permission levels within the system. The platform is truly designed for flexibility and efficiency. Working with the back office has been a pleasurable experience.
