The support is very fast and helpful. They do not only answer your questions, they actually take a closer look and recommend you a solution that you haven't thought of. I didn't know that all my Adobe Lightroom tags have been imported automatically and I only need to define seperate metadata fields to categorize the Information.

This is a very simple program to use. It's set up exactly how you would expect a fax server to be set up. it make sit easy to send digital faxes between colleagues and externally. While we have a traditional fax machine on site, sometimes it's tied up by a large file and it's nice to have this to fall back on, especially for confidential documents.

I am not a typical user, so my views might be a different. I am mostly installing and configuring the system for customers. If you run a Linux server, the software will be setup in a few minutes. All standard configuration can be done suing the GUI. The system support multiple tenants/publications which is great since you can use the same system for different organizations. The software is 100% Open Source and free. I found the GUI pretty much self explaining. So I didn't really need the standard user manuals. I like the fact, that it is based on common GUI standards.
