The customer service is some of the best I have come across. We like how the programs integrate with each other as well as our accounting software. We use HCSS HeavyBid and HeavyJob daily.

Obviously technical support is second to none, not just for a software firm, but any commercial product. The ownership the employees take in my challenges and issues is a big relief that helps me feel like my problems will get solved.
