The straightforward user experiance. Using Google docs as the template gives me the extensive editing functionality of Google Docs. It verifies my templates and indicates which fields are matched with my data points. Integration with AirTable was a no brainer. Customer support is the best I have ever encountered. Take your data and map it to a google doc template. A very simple premise that Airtable hasn't done well natively, so I'm glad Rupert at DocsAutomator came up with a solution. Medium learning curve, but once you figure out how to get it set up, all the data mapping is really intuitive. Well worth the money for my organization; it eliminated a LOT of duplicate data entry and reduced transposition errors. Rupert is great and very responsive with bug fixes or ID10T errors. I haven't had a downtime issue continue after a conversation with him. Very cool thing he's got going here.
