The editor works pretty well. It has a good amount of environments available and has the basic features you will expect on an IDE (auto-indentation, warnings, errors, auto-complete with documentation included).
It also records the whole interview so you can replay it later (when reviewing the interview).
I find CoderPad convenient and professional, it allows conducting interviews either remotely or on-site, allows a big variety of stacks (languages), an online console for running the candidate's code, recording the interview, interactive real-time cursor and highlighting, multiple participants on the same session. It's all we need for our needs.
Ease and accessibility for users (both internal team members and candidates). Cost is also reasonable for the technology, and with today's ever-changing economy, it's nice to get what you pay for with an easy-to-use and efficient platform.
